How to report bad customer service?
I was at Florida Mall today and it seems the team is completely passive aggressive to any bad customer service being reported.
I was treated like I was mentally sick in need of therapy and hugs.
When I spent 1h waiting to be serviced after being neglected by the team 3 times, could not use apple gift cards and after refusing apple care I got treated by the attendant as I needed help to be nicer.
In any case I haven’t found any email or feedback which is not product related.
