just upgrade to the iphone 16 pro and bluetooth is stuttering with any devices, and doesn’t want to connect 90% of the time. Carplay, Garnin, Headphones.
I’ve tried turning off bluetooth, hard reset on the phone and still no luck….

Found the problem, if you guys did choose to setup your iphone from a backup or from your old iphone then you all will get the dame issue, if you did setup as a new iphone then you wouldnt have gotten the bluetooth issue, there is a fix, just go to Settings-General and then scroll down to reset iPhone and then choose Reset network setting, after that phone wil reboot and your Bluetooth will work as it should be!
Same issue, "Pairing Unsuccessful" with all of my Bluetooth devices (Soundcore P20i, Bose QuietComfort headphones, Bose SoundLInk Flex speaker). Upgraded from iPhone X which never had ANY bluetooth issues to the iPhone 16 Pro which now won't connect to my devices. Even the BT connection to my Apple Watch is spotty. It will ring on phone and watch (after a delay) and then when I answer the call on the phone the watch continues ringing! Come on Apple, get your act together. Not sure if this is an iOS 18 problem or specific to the iPhone 16. In any case, it's annoying and making me regret the "upgrade".
I’ve been on the phone with Apple and Verizon for some 2 hours this morning. I even went by the Verizon store. Nothing they suggested worked. Bluetooth just spins and says “searching.” It doesn’t see my hearing aids. CarPlay doesn’t work. And so far nothing suggested in this forum solves the problem.
Worked perfectly for around two minutes and went back to playing 2-3 second snippets.
I did the " Reset network" didn´t work for me. Still no Bluetooth ...

I’m experiencing the same issue—my iPhone 16 isn’t connecting properly with my car. Apple, please help! I reset the network settings, but unfortunately, it didn’t work
Same upgraded from 13pro -> 16pro and music always has static when on a Bluetooth speaker. :( it will be good then it will static and be weird. I hope this can be fixed with an update
Hold down the power button on your undiscovered device for 15 seconds until pairing starts. I hope this helps you!
This is unacceptable. How come Apple doesn’t fix this bug from the very beginning. How I miss my old phone.
Didn’t work for me. Tried it several times over different days.
After the last update from tonight the problem seems to be resolved.

I was so hopeful when I saw this post. Downloaded the update, rebooted everything. Still phone will not pair with my car. Update made no difference.
This did not fix the problem for my 16 pro.
