I believe my identity was registered with Apple pay, I uploaded my ID and whatever I needed to enable my iPhone to work with Apple pay. I would think that with all of the qualifiers required to register with Apple pay one would be able to access funds one way or another. I don't recall green dot but I don't recall many things. I will look further into what you recommended. Thank you
