I have had my apple card for several years. Recently, the titanium card disappeared from apple wallet after requesting a replacement. No replacement was ever received. I can only see my virtual card details in apple wallet.
Unfortunately, none of these fixed the issue.

If you see the Virtual Apple Card in your Wallet, are you able to tap the 123 icon on top, then tap Additional Card Numbers to see the last 4 digits of your Titanium Card?
You won't see a separate Apple Card card in the Wallet app for the Titanium Card. There is just one Apple Card in the wallet where you will see the virtual card numbers and only the last 4 digits of the Titanium Card if you have one.
