He has been using it for 2 years with no problems. Mine works fine but can no longer share with him. When I go into settings on his phone and "wallet and apple cash" and then "apple cash" is turned off. I turn it one and the wheel just spins and nothing happens.
He turned off "apple cash" when it wasn't working to see if it would reset. Instead it just fails to load.
Is your son’s iPhone updated to the latest iOS version? What model iPhone is it?
It is a 15. Fully updated. Purchased a couple of months ago.
