I have tried to pay my apple card statement using apple cash, but that option is no longer visible. I also tried paying by using card.apple.com but nothing the either. How can I apply my apple cash to my apple card statement?

When I try the second option, I do NOT get the Apple Cash slider. It simply gives me the option to enter another bank Routing number and account number. No Apple Cash option or slider.
Please follow this path and make sure Apple Cash is enabled,
iPhone > Settings > Wallet & Apple Pay > Apple Cash — enabled. If it is enabled (green) momentarily turn it off and then back on. Restart you iPhone and try a payment again.

tried the path you suggest. Disabled, then enabled back and restarted the phone. When I go to pay Apple card, the Apple cash does NOT show as an option.
