Sonos App: A Broken and Frustrating Experience
I've been grappling with persistent connectivity issues on the Sonos app for over five months. Despite repeated attempts to escalate the problem to Sonos support, the issue remains unresolved.
I'm unable to control basic functions like adjusting the volume or skipping songs. Furthermore, I'm unable to connect to popular music services such as Apple Music, Spotify, or various radio stations.
I've provided Sonos with screenshots, recordings, and system reports from multiple devices to illustrate the problem. However, they've shown little interest in explaining the root cause or offering a solution. The lack of communication and progress is extremely frustrating.
I'm considering escalating the issue to Apple.
Has anyone had success with this approach?
