Inquiry Regarding Order – Urgent Assistance Requested

I hope this message finds you well. I apologize if this is not the correct place to address my concern, but I was unable to find a suitable alternative, and the service via phone has not been satisfactory. I kindly request assistance in resolving a frustrating situation regarding my order.
After waiting for five weeks, I was informed that my order has been cancelled, citing unavailability of the product. I find it difficult to comprehend how, after such a lengthy wait, I am only now being informed that the item I ordered is unavailable. This experience has been deeply disappointing, and I would like to understand how such a situation could occur.
Additionally, I am encountering an issue where the earbuds from the AirPods Pro 2nd generation are not working with the case from the 1st generation. Has anyone else experienced this?
Could someone advise me on how I can resolve both of these situations? Who should I contact directly to address these issues?
