Stop following a thread/topic
Unable to stop following topics from the community. I thought I was just following my own post but the system is notifying me of every. single.post.!

Click on your avatar in the upper right of the page. Click on "My Subscriptions." Click the "+" at the end of each thing you're subscribed to. Select "Following." It should then change to "Follow".
You can also unsubscribe to a thread by tapping on the blue bell icon just under the original post in the thread.
