My purchase can’t be completed from iTunes buying coins from TikTok
iPhone 13 Pro Max, iOS 17
Try entering in a different payment method temporarily - a debit or credit card - and see if you can then make the purchase. If not, then you will need to do as the error message says, contact iTunes Support.
