Apple Pay not Working with Amex on Iphone 16 Pro Max IOS18

Since I changed to Iphone 16 Pro Max (From 15 Pro Max) both Amex stopped working with apple Pay. My Platinum US card seems perfectly fine on apple pay but declines all transactions (physical card works fine) and costumer service says that everything is normal. My brazilian Centurion I can’t even add to apple pay, keeps saying that had a issue, try again latter, and used to work fine on 15.
