Wallet registration
I from Uzbekistan I can’t register my wallet

"register"? Register what? Or in what way? There's nothing to register about the Apple Wallet app.
If you mean you can't add a credit or debit card to it, that is correct, as Apple Pay is not supported in Uzbekistan so there is no way to add cards to the Wallet App or even use Apple Pay there.
