Apple wallet “add” and “get” missing from screen.

I can upload credit cards to my Apple Wallet but not tickets or anything else. When I open Wallet it goes straight to my cards. There’s a + to add cards but no “add” or “get”. Any advice please? I have a 3 year old iPhone SE. the software is up to date. I’ve turned the phone on and off. I haven’t tried reinstalling wallet as I don’t want to delete the cards I have on there but if that’s the only way to resiolve this then of course I will.

Tickets, passes, loyalty cards, membership cards, car keys etc. are added through the issuers mobile app, secure website, or link/QR code in an email or text. There are third party apps that can add less secure cards like a library card etc.

Thanks Jeff. Safari won’t let me download from the ticket issuers site when I select ‘add to wallet’ from the ticket issuer site. When looking at YouTube how-to’s, it appears that wallet has ‘add’ and ‘get’ as routes to adding tickets etc.

That’s an >old< YouTube. While that was an option at one time, unfortunately, it no longer is.

Please make sure your iPhone is updated to the latest iOS version. If that doesn’t work, try using an alternative browser such as Chrome, Firefox or Opera.

Another possible avenue forward is to use the issuer’s mobile app.
