I was to be refunded for a purchase I made using Apple Pay, the amount shows but I’m unable to use the money
The merchant’s bank has not returned the funds yet to the original payment method. This usually takes most merchants 5 to 14 days to complete. Apple and Apple Pay are not involved in the transfer of funds. Funds travel directly from the merchant bank to your bank/payment method.
Refunds are not through Apple Pay. Who was the merchant you purchased from? Are you referring to a purchase using Apple Cash or your Apple Account?
i bought something from Ross’s using my Apple Pay and have since returned it. It shows as +21.99 under transactions for my Apple Pay but the money is not there
