I'm a frequent flyer on UA, and in the last six months I have not loaded my Boarding pass to my Apple wallet.
Easily found the little logo at the bottom of the screen, but get the same message message every time.
I'm using the most current IOS and have the newest I phone.
My husband has an older I phone but does have updated IOS .. he can load his .
HELP.

Have you updated the united airlines app recently? UA has released 4 updates in just the last month. After updating the app, please perform a forced restart.
