You might be able to set up a Shortcut to shut it down every day. But you'd have to turn it on manually.

You could turn it off right before you put it on to charge overnight. Once you put it on charge, it will turn on again.

No, because once it is shut down there is no way to start it. But maybe you should troubleshoot why you have to use this unusual way to make the phone work correctly.

I was able to set up a shortcut. The option to shut down is available by searching the page where you select scripting. It’s called “shut down.” I also put in a spoken 5 min and 2 min warning and a final countdown.
