I have tried to subscribe for the eDate app several times and you don’t allow me to complete it

iPhone 12 Pro Max, iOS 18

The people on these boards are mostly other customers and won't know why you're getting that message; they also aren't the ones stopping you from making the purchase. Click here and ask Apple Support for assistance.


If you can't reach them or are in a hurry, try putting in a different payment method.
