cant download apps, every time I try, its says swipe twice, I do this and nothing happens I am trying to download apps but when I click on get, on the thee righthand side it states 'Double Click to Install', I try this and it just goes back to the 'Get' screen, any ideas please. Thanks

Double app in AppStore exactly the same When I click to download both of them are blue circle turning to download but only one of the apps appears on Home Screen. Can another party control the other ?
