Iphone 14 IOS 18.0.1 MFI hearing device

I bought my iphone 14 (128GB) 3 days ago and its on IOS 18.0.1

i have a cochlear hearing device (Nucleus 7) and i just cant stream audio without it disconnecting every few seconds and reconnecting again. its very annoying since in my old phone (Iphone 11 with IOS 17.7) it worked great with no problems! i also tested it on an Iphone 15 pro max with the same ios version and its working great, i dont know what do to anymore. looking for help!
