how can i add MA driver's license to apple wallet?

MA doesn't (yet) support digital drivers licenses with Apple Wallet.

Check https://learn.wallet.apple/id#states-list for the current list of states that do, and watch for your state to get added.

That's not available in Massachusetts at this time.
