AirPods Pro 2 Hearing Test Issue on iPhone

I have updated my software and have AirPods Pro 2. Trying to take the hearing test but it keeps telling me my air pods are not in the correct position. I changed the AirPods covers and changed the position of my air pods numerous times but it won’t allow me to move to the next step in the hearing test. Thanks.
