Next button greyed out on my AirPods hearing test

iPhone SE running IOS 18.1, Airpods Pro 2 with firmware 7B19. After completing Ear Tip Fit Test, I select Take a Hearing Test. On the Provide Some Details screen I specify 18 or older (Yes) and experiencing allergies etc. (No). The Next button at the bottom of the screen is greyed out and non-responsive. The only options are to go back or cancel at the top of the screen.

I have tried resetting the Airpods, with the same result.

Where are you located? Is your country on the list of those who gave approval to this function. Your Apple Account must be registered in a country that supports the hearing aid feature. Check your country here. AirPods Pro 2 - Hearing Health Feature Availability - Apple

I suspect that second SIM is the problem since England is not on the list of countries that have approved the hearing aid feature.

Thanks for your response. I'm located in the U. S. I do have two SIMs in the phone - the secondary one is British from a trip to England several years ago.

The curious thing (to me) is that I start the hearing test and complete the first (of apparently two) screens of details, but then cannot proceed to the second. If the app is not going to go forward I would have expected some sort of error message, such as I get if I answer "No" to the question about being at least 18 years old.

Well, this is embarrassing. The second SIM was a good suggestion, but was not the answer. I'm still using a SIM card for that interface, so I decided to pull it out if necessary. I found that I could turn it off, so tried that first. Still the same result. The problem turned out to be my fixation on a second screen for "details." It's actually on the same screen as the first two, but my attempts at scrolling were evidently too half-hearted for the iPhone. I accidentally managed to scroll down, and found the third question about exposure to loud environments. Answering that question solved the problem. (You might guess that I don't use many touch-screen interfaces.)
