Live Listening visibility issue on iPhone

Hi. I’ m turning the Live Listening on and place my iphone in another room BUT the person in the room (in which I placed my phone) when touching the phone can clearly see the orange “live listening” signal on the upper left hand aide on the screen

and when he tabs on that orange signal, it is revealed that the “live listening” is on (surprisingly its not needed for that person in the room to know the password in order to be able to touch the orange signal).

Is there a way to “hide” the orange signal OR not making it possible for anyone who does know the password of the phone, NOT TO BE ABLE to tab on the orange signal and see that the “live listening” is on?

Otherwise this function is useless because any person noticing the phone and tabbing on the screen (without even knowing the password) seeing that the “live listening” is on..
