Slow App Store download with 'This Apple account has not been used in the iTunes Store' error

I'm trying to download an app from the App Store, but a message saying, "This Apple account has not been used in the iTunes Store," keeps appearing. I tap 'Review,' but it just keeps loading. I already checked the internet, but there no problem.
