Unable to browse and purchase songs from Apple Music in iTunes Store on PC

I have a question to ask. I want to buy songs from iTunes Store (real purchase, not Apple Music subscription). But what happened is that I can't open the list of songs. The screen is blank. There is only the artist or album name but no song list. There is no album list when I press search. There is only the purchase of the entire album (even though I don't want to buy every song in the album). No matter how I try to uninstall and reinstall it, this problem still occurs. And it still occurs when I try to restart the machine - log out and log in again. I have been having this problem for weeks.


By the way, I use Apple Music on PC because I don't have a MAC and I don't have an iPhone. Please advise me on how to help me this time, here a photo as I asking.
