How can I resume my iTunes download after a restart?

I'm trying to download a playlist folder with dozens of playlists in it. In the process, I keep having to restart Windows for a number of reasons outside of iTunes. How do I resume the download queue where I left off rather than having to restart the queue every time I restart Windows? I'm using the most recent version of iTunes.
