Hi there,

See this on how to do that

  1. Go to the Health app  on your iPhone.
  2. Tap your picture or initials at the top right.
  3. If you don’t see your picture or initials, tap Summary or Browse at the bottom of the screen, then scroll to the top of the screen.
  4. Tap Export All Health Data, then choose a method for sharing your data.

Thank you, I did export my data in this fashion. It comes in a large .xml file. I had never used this type of file. I did manage to get it translated to a .csv file but it is far too dense for me to grab out simple workout metrics like average pace or total time. I suspect the easiest fashion for me to get what I need is simply to copy the few numbers I need by hand every few days. Thank you for taking the time to reply.
