My watch started announcing the time during the night. It seems to happen when I move in bed and cover the face of the watch with my other hand. However I can’t reproduce it once it has happened.
Apple Watch Series 9, watchOS 10
Covering the display with two fingers will make the watch to speak the time.
Try to disable the feature in Settings/Clock -> Speak Time on your watch.
