at the first time I asked they changed my account name le-papillon to jarredcred245 ????

while I ask to change it to tattoospider. but NO!

a couple of emails later they created a new account, jurgen135 I didn't ask for that!!

a lot of emails later and replies. nothing is happening.

really, I ask you? is it that hard to change a account name in system that 'they' controle?

this is all what I want!

Since 1998, I have been an Apple user and registered at discussions.apple.com on January 6, 2007. 

I subsequently changed my username to le-papillon because I was dissatisfied with the given name.

In 2024, I intended to change my username again, as le-papillon no longer held significance. 

However, I discovered that the user cannot (or may not) initiate this process independently. 

Consequently, I posed a question in the discussions.apple.com forum.

There, I received guidance from an end user on how to proceed.

I was required to respond with the desired username.

Upon completing the process, I requested a change to Tattoospider or TattooSpider.

I patiently waited for the response.

To my astonishment, my username had indeed changed, but not to the desired name. 

The administrator, in my estimation, had determined a different name: jarredcred245. 

I was unfamiliar with this username, as it did not align with my actual name.

I promptly sent another email to clarify the desired username and request a change. 

I received a response and provided the correct username. 

However, to my further surprise, a new account had been created (Jurgen135) 

with a status of zero and a start date of 2024, while I am an established user from 2007.

This unexpected outcome deeply troubled me. 

I subsequently sent another email to inquire about the creation of the new account and the reason behind the discrepancy. 

However, I received no response. 

The matter remained unresolved.

This situation appears to be a form of user harassment.

I have posted several messages in the user group, but I have not received any responses. 

It is as if my messages have been disregarded or ignored.

I contacted Apple support and filed an official complaint. 

I firmly believe that my name should not be Jarred Cred, and I do not want my user name to reflect that. 

I simply want it to be TattooSpider. 

I am aware that the administrator has the authority to change this username, as they have done so in the past (on January 6, 2007).

Therefore, the crux of the matter lies in the simple request to change my existing account name from Jarredcred245 to TattooSpider. 

I am confident that this request will be met, as I have previously demonstrated my ability to communicate effectively with the administrator.
