Apple Watch Ultra and VO2 measuring but I don’t run?
My Apple Watch Ultra measures my VO2 max every day but I don’t log an outdoor run, walk or hike? I do CrossFit and am pretty fit. How is it measuring my VO2 max??

I guess that you do walk, just not with a workout. Then it is measuring when walking, my dad has the same thing, he walks a fair amount everyday, never with a workout on, but his VO2 max is measured
