Should you lie about your age to use ECG, AF or blood oxygen?

I am under 22 but want to get the most out of my Apple Watch series 10 so I don’t know if I should lie about my age to use ECG or AF, because I’m worried that this will affect my other health data like for example during a workout it says wrong data because it thinks that I am older than I actually am. So should I lie about my age or not and if it doesn’t affect my other health data is there a way to lie about your age in blood oxygen or does that affect your other health data ?

I would not lie about that, just wait and if you're concerned about your heart, visit a medical professional to get it sorted out
