Apple Watch Won't Pair with Apple TV After Latest Update

After the last update, the apple watch won't pair with the apple tv anymore. I need to reset the watch every single day just to get it to connect. Then the next day it stops connecting. I've tried resetting the watch, resetting the tv, turning bluetooth and wifi on and off, signed out of my accounts on both devices, and the phone too, then sign back in. But the next day I need to do this all over again. Please help. The solution of resetting and relogging in is not working. It takes like an hour+ every morning if I want to use the fitness+ app on the tv. And it won't even let me use my phone instead of the watch anymore.

Also when I open the workout app on the phone it won't prompt to connect either. It did a few days ago, but still would only work half the time. But now it doesn't show up at all.
