My Apple Watch Series 7 was dropped from a dive boat and went to about 65 feet of sea water. When recovered, it was powered off and wont power on even with forced reboot. The most I get is the apple logo for a few seconds, then it goes blank again. Any suggestions are appreciated

It's likely water damaged and irrecoverable. Have it inspected by Apple.
