gift card refund

Hello my name Is Asim M.

i just want to refund my cards as I was about to get scammed by someone pretending like National crime agency and Police Scotland .

They trapped me but when they asked to send the pictures of cards with receipts I refused to gave them.

They were been on call with me at least two hours they were very harsh and then Someone from BBC known as Scammer intercepters texted me and save my day by saying the person you are talking isn’t police hang up and report to police .

i went first to the Tesco to refund my cards they said we can’t refund it as it is a third party payment.

Then I went to the police station to report they said it’s not crime but attempted crime they did provide me the reference number in order to refund my cards please do sort this matter as soon as possible as I need money urgently.

i bought three gift cards £250/£250/£200 respectively.

please get in touch asap to sort this matter.

i am attaching the screenshots and pictures of gift cards with receipts to support my inquiry.

please sort this out as i stucked badly.

Gift Cards are not returnable unless that is specifically required by local laws. You can contact Apple in your region for any specifics:

Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support

This is true for all Gift Cards, not just Apple Gift Cards, and most regions have rules that prevent the returns because Gift Cards can be a source of money laundering.

No legitimate public entity - not police, not taxing authorities, none -will ever require you to make any sort of payment via any sort of gift card. No matter what someone on the phone or in an email or text may claim, that is not done, ever. Anyone who claims that is a scammer, pure and simple. For the future, I'd suggest you read this:

It may help you avoid being scammed in the future.
