How can I reinstall the audio and MIDI configuration app ?

Hey I've lost the access to my midi studio in the midi and audio configuration .

Also when I open In pro tools my input devices , It's a blank page , none is recognized .

No signal on my midi keyboard too .

I'm on Mac m1 pro ventura 13.0 and on the last pro tools .

How can I reinstall the audio and midi configuration app ?
