Apple Watch Series 8 Won’t Turn on After Swimming

I’ve gone swimming in this watch numerous times, even without turning the water lock on. I go swimming today with the water lock on, and when I come out it keeps turning on siri. I think it’s a little weird but thought maybe some water is just in the digital crown but not the watch itself. I force it into water lock mode but it comes undone on its own, about an hour later it dies ( shows the red lighting and time) I go to put it on charge come back like 3 hours later and the watch is just bootlooping. I’ve tried force restarting it, that thing where you hold the digital crown and side button but nothing happened. Also while it was still alive, the scroll function ruin stopped working for some reason. Any help would be nice!

The Water Lock only expels water from the openings for microphone and speaker. The seals keep the water out of the watch, but this function can diminish over time.

You should get the watch serviced by Apple, but as water damage can not be fixed, you may have to pay the service fee for getting the watch replaced:
