I have an iPhone 13 Pro with IOS 18 and just purchased a second hand iWatch series 7 (which was unpaired by the previous owner). I want to set it up without installing 2fa security on my Apple account but it says I can’t. How can I get around this? Thanks

Some services such as Apple Pay, Apple Wallet require 2FA is setup.

You can’t. 2FA is fast becoming required by every company website. All of my banking and credit card sites now require 2FA or Authenticator codes to login.
It is not recommended to get around that ,as the 2FA is very important for your apple id's security
