Activity Challenge Badges (2024) Are Not Showing Up

(iPhone 12 - iOS 17.5.1, Apple Watch Ultra 2 - watchOS 10.0.2) In the past, I have been able to 'earn' Activity Badges/Awards for my various activities. However, even after doing qualifying activities, the National Parks Challenge and the Veterans Day Challenge have not shown up. I have gotten, for 2024, the Ring In The New Year Challenge, the Heart Month Challenge, the Earth Day Challenge, the Running Day Challenge, and just to try it, the Yoga Day Challenge. It is nice to receive the awards/badges, and it is nice to be 'recognized' for the effort exerted on a given day. (And the ones for weeks, and the ones for months.) And I think that it is nice for my heart health (which, in my opinion, is more important). So, the quandary is why did these 5 awards/badges come through, but National Parks Challenge and Veterans Day Challenge did not. (No settings were changed on the watch nor on the iPhone.)
