I have ADHD and also have some hearing loss. My microwave beeps quietly and I don’t always hear it. I need something more than a little note on top of my iPhone. I may not even be carrying it.
Can I get my iPhone to flash or play a spoken reminder until I turn it off?
THAT would be cool and I wouldn’t open the microwave a week later and call hazmat.🥳

Jarmaracark ~ I don't see a way to trigger a spoken reminder. Although this may work for you:
Settings > Accessibility > Audio & Visual > LED Flash for Alerts
Try setting a distinctive alert tone such as the horn:
Settings > Accessibility > Sound Recognition > Sounds > Appliances > Alert Tones > Classic > Horn

And you may be able to increase the volume of that alert tone via:
Settings > Sounds & Haptics
