Why is my Apple Watch not turning on after swimming?

my watch is not turning on

now I went for swimming around 50 minutes and it keeps calling emergency services randomly I keep trying to stop it and it just continues and when I get of the pool I try hard reset and it worked but it turned of again so when I got home I tried charging it showed the symbol that shows it’s charging the next day it was showing the apple logo and turns off please I need help because I bought it in Kenya with 500k and also the home button doesn’t work and when I charge it,it becomes really hot
