Hi Texasmcvey

welcome to the Apple (user-to-user) Community!

Re: "Voiceover issue on iPhone : Accidentally turned voice over on and now I can’t use phone".

Am no expert in this area, however Apple support has an article online (link below) that may be helpful:

Turn on and practice VoiceOver on iPhone - Apple Support

Eg: says:

"Important: VoiceOver changes the gestures you use to control iPhone.

When VoiceOver is on, you must use VoiceOver gestures to operate iPhone."

If you want to learn to use VoiceOver, you can check out the above linked article.

or

If you simply want to turn VoiceOver off: You might try activating Siri ...eg: "Hey Siri"

Article says: "Say something like:“Turn off VoiceOver.” (Learn how to use Siri.)

Else:

"Go to Settings  > Accessibility > VoiceOver, then turn VoiceOver off".

All the best :-)
