Just that, I power on my apple watch after not using it for a couple of weeks and I get a notification on every other apple device I own. Apple is notification-obsessed. I don't want these notifications.

you can suggest they add it by using
if it was me then I would take a look in settings->notifications for options
the question was how to stop “device added” notifications on every other device i own when i power on a watch.
no such setting exists.
