Vertical lines on MacBook Air display

Sometimes I see ONE BIG BLUE (OR GREEN) STRIPE ON MY SCREEN, it appears many times a day, I don't really know what to do, I live in russia and mobile number support doesn't works, I don't have certified apple stores in my country, I have 1 year limited warranty, I can't even get with my warranty. I want to get to court to judge apple for SCAMMING ME WITH SUPPORT
