Apple Watch Vitals and ECG think I'm too young

Hi,

recently my Apple Watch Series 9 (running WatchOS 11.1) has blocked me from using the ECG and Vitals apps. Both come back with a message saying that I'm basically too young to use the apps. Checking my associated Apple ID it has my correct age listed and I'm well over the age limit for both ECG and Vitals.

I've used the ECG app before without a problem - although this was around 6 months ago.

Any fixes / solutions most welcome.
