I have two Mac Mini M2 Pro and if there is a way to create a synergy between them that allow to increase power, speed.. in general performance.. I could keep both.

The same way you will not go faster by sticking two cars together, the same way two computers will not be used as one faster. However, in any case they would not have exactly the same specs and physical upgrades (memory, processor, even space), you may wish to select which one to use for specific tasks (more or less demanding), thus optimizing the use of each mac.
For instance, doing audio recording or video editing will not require same resources as doing MS Word or Excel or watching videos on You Tube.
As Phil said, for general usage, no. There are some limited circumstances, such as with Apple's Compressor, where multiple Macs can be connected to share processing load, and at least one independent project, MLX, but they're quite specialized and in the case of MLX not even remotely easy to set up and use.
