Can’t change brightness on MacBook Pro

I’ve recently changed my MacBook screen with a brand new one from the same model

like the exact same model.

the issue is that ever since I did that I cannot adjust the brightness on my screen and the backlight on the keyboard.

the brightness is permanently stuck on around 20%

I’ve tried to reset NvRAm and other ram whatever it was called.

My questions is if there is any way to enter the bios menu or somehow forcefully set the brightness to 80% so it’s at least visible when I’m outside ?

Like any developer settings menu or some sort of device I can buy to readjust settings.

I heard something about the serial number of the screen possibly not being the same and that’s why it won’t work properly.
