Cannot access downloaded books in iBooks, cloud icon bellow them. Restart needed every time.

I have some books downloaded in iBooks. Sometimes when I try to open them a cloud below the book appears as seen on the picture. When I click on the book it start downloading again as if it was never downloaded (seen on the first book). Once the download completes I still cannot access the book, It goes back to initial conditions: cloud below the book and asks to be downloaded again. The only solution to this is to restart the Macbook. If I just force quit the app it doesn't work. The bad thing is that this is happening very often. I'll restart the Macbook and the cloud will disappear and I'll be able to open it, but few hours later the issue will come back...

I cannot keep constantly restarting my Macbook because of that…

Macbook Air M2, Sequoia 15.0.1. This problem was present on previous updates as well....
