i was about to change my phone but then i realized i haven't backed up my whatsapp chat data is 10 months. so this cause the data to be 12gb so i can't back up my data now since its not enough. but everytime i tried upgrading to icloud+, it kept declining. i've tried purchasing almost 10 times but kept getting decline. what should i do?
