iPhone screen time says 24 hours

I just noticed this morning that my iPhone screen time data says that my screen time has been up to 24 hours for six straight days before today, and I obviously have not been on my phone for that long. Most of the apps it says I've been using are apps that I only use at most an hour per day while others I haven't opened in weeks. After I noticed this, I updated my iPhone to iOS 18.1.1 hoping it would fix it, but no luck. However, I went to my battery settings since that also tells me my screen time, and those numbers look normal. I've seen older forums about this same issue, but those are at least three year sold with no recent activity, so it looks like this issue has reemerged. Is this just another iOS bug/glitch, or is this something malicious (like some sort of virus or hacker) that I need to be worried about? Keep in mind that I'm using an iPhone 16 with the latest software.
