Sharing purchased iTunes songs with family member.

I can’t believe it’s 2024 and I’m having to ask this. Family sharing is on. My daughter has an iPad. I have an iPhone. Despite what they think, Apple have done their usual and made something 50 times harder than it needs to be. Can anybody please tell me step by step, how my daughter can download a song to her iPad that I have purchased on my iphone from the iTunes Store. No PC available. Family sharing on. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.
